Sooo, I shared one tiny room with my brother for... oh, 6.5 WEEKS!! And I only yelled at him twice. I'm so proud of myself.

Now I have to clean up. This place is a huge mess.

Surgery on Wednesday.
I've never had surgery before and this stupid anesthesia scares me. Not the anesthesia itself, more the not waking up again part :/
I'll leave tomorrow morning.

The first interview was okay. The second one on Monday was pretty awesome. The boss invited me to come back on Tuesday and Wednesday and work for a bit. He also invited 3 other girls who were supposed to work next week and he wanted to make his final decision next Friday. So, yesterday was my second day there and by the end of it the boss wanted to talk to me.
Aaaaand…
He offered me the job O.O My response? "But what about the other girls? They didn't get a chance. That's pretty unfair." XD It's funny how my mouth keeps talking sometimes while my brain's screaming Oh God! Shut up!! Just SHUT UP, idiot! The boss just smiled and explained that giving these girls a chance next week wouldn't change anything.
Apparently I'm that good ;D I'll start on 1st of August :))) \o/ \o/

I'll try to catch up with entries soon. The last couple of days were a bit crazy o.O

Job interviews tomorrow and on Monday. I sent the applications yesterday o.O Not for a shitty temporary job this time. It's an Ausbildungsstelle zur Steuerfachangestellten XD Whoever knows what this is in English gets a big virtual cookie. Not even smart online dictionary could help me. "Apprenticeship" I think. And Steuerfachangestellte.. hmm, they assist tax consultants. Aaanyway, I want it and I'd appreciate some finger-crossing ;)

I spent yesterday at the zoo. And I took my camera with me XD

SPIDERS!! TWO HUGE SPIDERS IN MY ROOM!!!
I just came home and turned on the light and they were sitting on the floor. Or standing. Whatever spiders do. I managed to catch them with teacups. So now there are two teacups on the floor with spiders underneath :O Now what? It's 2.30 a.m. The neighbours are asleep and I can't take them outside myself because I'm shaking like a leaf, so I'd just drop the cup.
They won't suffocate if I leave them like this over night, will they? Stop laughing, I'm serious. I don't want to kill them. Do they breathe?
Oh god, they are so BIG.
I have to lie down, I'm dizzy.

Things that made me happy today:

1. Beautiful weather.

2. Driving to work with the windows rolled down, listening to loud music and singing along. I did get a speeding ticket, but even that couldn't stop the happiness ;D

3. Hot guy at work and an interesting conversation about doughnuts XD

4. Fresh grapefruits and strawberries.

5. Barbecue. Well, tomorrow. But thinking about it now, makes me happy, so it counts :P

Today's happiness:

1. Day off.

2. Spent a lot of time with the doggy. He lives with my father, so I only see him every couple of weeks. He's old and it's beginning to show. I hate that. Aaanyway, we took a nice looong walk, the weather was beautiful and my dog is a dork XD It was great!

3. Dinner with my dad.

4. Golfi (my 14-year-old car :D) doesn't sound like a freaking jet fighter anymore. We fixed him! \o/

5. And again the cuddly kitty on my lap.

I wasn't tagged but sixfullerst said she hopes I'll play, if I have time. And I have time right now, sooo :)

2. One of our regular customers, who is a fucking arrogant prick, cracked a smile today. So I decided that this is my new little game. Being extra sweet to all the rude customers, trying to make them smile.
Today's score: Jasmin - 5, idiot customers - 2 :D

3. Picking my dad up from the airport. I really missed him. We spent a few hours together and didn't even argue about my dropping out of university :)

4. A nice postcard from Switzerland.

5. Chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce. Mmmm.

6. A cuddly kitty curled up on my lap right now.

At least for another week.
It's a job application training and it started last Monday. So far it's been quite interesting and I hope the days of Jasmin the shelf stacker will soon be over ;)

So, if I'm kinda quiet it's because I'm either at school, at work, braindead or asleep. I'll try to catch up with entries soon.

First day as a shelf stacker..

Holy shit!! o.O
This is the first time I'm sitting down today.. 7 hours, 600 kg (1320 lbs) deep-frozen food. My back is killing me.
Oh, ever touched dry ice? No? You should try it, it's fun. *sobs* And I didn't realize it was dry ice until I held the block in my hand. Now my fingers look… hm, kinda weird actually. Oh, well, at least I didn't try to lick it.. o.O

I got the job :)) I really was starting to get a little discouraged since it turned out to be a lot harder to find one than I thought it would be. So, I'm really glad it worked out this time. My boss told me I won't work as shelf stacker but as cleaner/shelf stacker/cashier. Oh well, I can live with that.

University started today. 2 hours of 30 or so professors introducing themselves. Exciting, I tell ya.
Have to get up tomorrow at 6.30 a.m. *gasps* I kind of got used to sleeping till 1 or 2 p.m.
Bu-Bye semester break, it was nice while it lasted :(
